Yogi Sachin Ji started practicing yoga many years ago. He intensified his yoga practice through association with several spiritual masters. Because of this, he has developed a profound understanding of the science and traditions of yoga. Being a lead teacher, it is his responsibility to guide the students in practicing Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on discipline and concentration. He guides the students to perceive and practice yoga beyond physical postures.
Yogi Sunil Ji is a certified yoga instructor in Hatha, Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga. After completing his teacher training in 2016, he has gained over 3 years of yoga teaching experience both in India and in other countries like China and Indonesia, through various school and ashram based workshops. In addition to his teaching experience, Sunil Ji has a B.A. in Sanskrit Grammar, and an M.A. in Yoga Science from Haridwar Sanskrit University. With the expertise he has gained, he specializes in Vinyasa Flow, and aids his students in gaining higher levels of awareness in this practice.
